Name and email address when you submit a contact or audit request form
Any additional details you include in a message to us

Pages visited, time on page, and referring URL (via HubSpot analytics)
Browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location (city/region level)
IP address (anonymised where possible)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

HubSpot. We use HubSpot to manage contact forms and track site analytics. HubSpot may set cookies and collect usage data on our behalf. HubSpot's data is stored on EU-based servers. You can review HubSpot's privacy policy at legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.

Google Fonts. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address when assets are fetched. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies primarily through HubSpot to track site usage and remember returning visitors. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features of our site may not function as intended if you do.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Contact form submissions are held in our HubSpot CRM and may be deleted upon request.

Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

Request correction or deletion of your data
Object to or restrict certain processing
Withdraw consent at any time

California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:

Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and any third parties with whom we have shared it.
Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
Right to Opt Out: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To submit a CCPA/CPRA request, contact us at anne@brave-new.com. We will respond within 45 days. We do not sell personal information.

CAN-SPAM Compliance

All marketing emails we send comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every email includes a clear identification of the sender, a physical mailing address, and an easy way to unsubscribe. You can opt out of receiving emails from us at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing anne@brave-new.com. We will process opt-out requests within 10 business days.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals to websites. Our site does not currently respond to DNT signals, as there is no industry-standard mechanism for doing so. We use only minimal analytics to understand aggregate site usage and do not engage in cross-site behavioral tracking.

Children's Privacy

Our site is directed at medical professionals and is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
